Home made Stuffed Champignon with Carbonara sauce

thiis is my first carbonara sauce and i nailed it, it tasted just like i expected. Champignon is very juicy, thats why their delicious. I feel all the champignon with chopped parsley and turkey bacon, the i cover with mozzarella and PUT IT IN D OVEN. then after 10mins, i took em out and drown them in my corbonara sauce.... YUMMY! for additional, bikin garlic bread, trus dicelup disauce carbonaranya... aaaaa!!

Salad Dingin of Angke Chinese Resto

Salad dingin ini unik, rasanya aneh tapi enak... ga semua orang bisa suka karna memang perpaduannya ga biasa :) Biasanya makanan ini di pesen di restoran chinese mahal, unruk appertiser bersama.. dalemnya ada telor Phitan (century egg), ubur ubur, lidah asap, bebek panggang, ayam asap, udang rebus, dan semua diguyur dengan saus Lemon mayonise yang manis.. I LIKE IT, this is one of my childhood menu. Papa took us for special dinner kalo dia lagi abis gajian, yang gw inget, rasanya enak dan happy nya bukan main karna jarang bs makan2an mewah sekeluarga :) authentic food, should try someday!

Kwetiau Goreng Seafood of KopiTiam

I love kwetiau goreng because i ate that a lot when i was living in KL and Sarawak.. then one day i tried this Kwetiau goreng from Kopitiam, ITS GOOD :) emang masih lebih enak charkwetiau di malaysia sih, tp ini jg enak, seafoodnya banyak, manisnya pas dan meresap sampai ke oseng telornya... slurpp!!!

BACON PIZZA of Peppenero

THIS ONE, U SHOULD TRY!! seriously, hahahah the bread is Thin, the mozzarella is enermous, and the bacon, they cut it in big pieces.. it just taste so Italian, but TASTIER :)

Home made Uchiba Shrimp

I was wondering what should i do with this expensive PANCET Shrimp... then i remember my mom's recipe of some chinese cooked shrimp.. rasanya manis, asin, asem karana pake kecap ikan, kecap inggris, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and other secret ingredients :) The sauce very tasty, i can eat it right away with Steam rice.. ;))

Mie & Suekiaw Kebon Jahe - Pasmod BSD


The noodle tasted a bit chewy, yet its good and the suekiaw is wonderful, you can taste the SESAME oil and the chunky prawn inside :) YUMM!

Nasi Kabsa - Cannai Sek9 Bintaro

Nasi kabsa basically like a Nasi Kebuli, but instead of using chucky lamb... it served with LAMB RIBS.. u can taste the spices and the curry sauce very thick and nice....

Mie Jamur & Bakso goreng BLAURAN, bogor



The bakso goreng and the mie is very yummy.. they used some special oil, so it moist and chewy.. the jamur in the mie blends everything together, simply Delicious :)

Strawberry Meringue - Island Creamery

I always wanna taste meringue, til finally i saw it at Island Creamery - Flavour Bliss (Alam Sutra)
its like the layer of Thick Whipped Cream, Vanilla Icecream, strawberry jamm, and wafer based. it calms ur day... soft falvour for ur evening dessert..

Mie Kangkung belacan - ITC BSD

I love the taste of belacan, its strong and it flavour everything that attach to it.. The egg made the sauce even thicker, it taste almost like Char kwetiau Singapore, but with Kangkong and Belacan. HAPPY TUMMY!

Patin Bakar - Home Kitchen Bintaro

This small resto serves many traditional culinarry that i havent seen before, but i droll when i saw their patin bakar on the menu.. takes a bit longer than KFC but it was good :) The patin doesnt have much small bones and the meat is very thick and soft. Good taste for Healthy Diet..

If u a big fan of KFC, u should try this!! cuma ada di KFC kemang, it Sweet and spicy and I LOVE IT. hahahah but still nothing compare their originals and cripy chicken .. but this... worth to try :)

GUDEG SRIKANDI

Gudeg srikandi letaknya di pesanggrahan, dibelakang komplek bintaro Permai..  anisnya ga lebai, kreceknya enak banget, apalagi tahu dan tempe bacemnya.. HARGAnya pas: seporsi nasi gudeg + tempw bace + teh tawar anger yang harum pandan : 13rb saja :)

GArang Asem - Bangkong

This is the 1st Garang asem i tasted few years back and i love it right away.. poorsinya banyak, bumbunya nyeresep banget..

Nasi Campur Pak Dobil - Nusa Dua (Bali)

Ampir Semua nasi campur di bali enak.. tapi pas nyobain Nasi Pak Dobil, BEDA... Sambelnya yang pedes juga kaya digoreng sama lemak babi dan bisa dirasa ada babinya, CRISPY.. i know u can imagine how it tasted.. but u should come early, siang2 udah abis ;p

Chicken Picata - Pringga Bintaro sek 9

This Pringga is Famous among Bintaro people. Japanese food yang termasuk murah (20 - 50rb)
i used to eat their Chicken Teppanyaki, bumbunya pas banget sama yang suka makanan2 gurih.. but one day i ordered CHICKEN PICATA, langsung jatuhh cinta sama rasanya.. basically Chicken Picata ini Fillet paha atas ayam yang di goreng pake telor, jadi dagingnya diselimutin telor gitu, trus disiram sama Saus BBQ.. DUH, ngebayanginnya aja ngiler.. hahah seriously good. setiap ada temen yg gw ajak makan kesana, pasti langsung doyan. its like everyone's FAV.

Sate Maranggi - Ayam tangek Resto (Pengalengan)

This is the best Sate maranggi i ever tasted. The meat are very tender, yang bikin enak juga karna ditengah tengah satenya ada lemaknya (gede haha).. trus manisnya pas, jadi gak bikin mahteh.. sayang tempatnya jauh banget di pengalengan. but for me its worth to go there just to have this as a big lunch ;p

Sotomie Ciseeng - Pasar Bogor

This sotomie taste different, notr just because it contained porks but it also served with Daun bawng gosong.. but i can taste its Gosong in a good way, why? because its flavours the soto and its Good :) Try it, it somewhere around Pasar bogor deket BCA, tanya aja sama orang sekitar, it quite famous :)

APPLE TOOPIE by Hesby

This is one of my signature dessert :p
what makes him different from other apple pie is because, the apple inside is caramelized with butterscotch sugar so the it crips and sweetend. i made few, put it in the erefridge, whenever i want, just pop him in the microwave, YUMM!!

Iga Babi Pasar Lama (Pasmod BSD)

its affordable and its tasty, they have many variant menu of pork.. I recommend this RIBS and the Sayur asin :)

Sambal Paru & Jamur Goreng of Special sambal

I dont know how to explain this, but if you love Spicy food, this is good.. everytime i came to SS, thiese are the only items i ordered: Sambal Paru, Lalap, Jamur Goreng, and Telor gobalgabil (dadar) - CHEAP!!

Garlic Tuna & Kick ass - Cal Roll Sushi

Those who like Sashimi, TRY THIS!! the Garlic Tuna is very tasty, it covered the fishy smell of sashimy and a worth to try.. you also gotta try this KICK ASS baby, it actually a modern kind of sushi: Minched Tuna mixed with mayo ON a crispy seaweed, and covered by crispy crumbs :) YUMM!!

Century Egg - mostly in Chinese Resto

Have you try this egg? it taste a little bit unusual at first.., salty but plain... but when u get use to it, it taste good :) they have this unique after taste, and we usually ate this with chinese porigde or mayonise..

Garlic Muscle of Fish & Co

Let me tell you, if u are a seafood lover, u might wanna try this.. The muscle is huge, the garlic cream is AMAZING, you might wanna dip everything into the sauce ;D very recommended!!

REDVELVET of Appertite (Senopati)

This is my all time favorite, its very light, the cream cheese is very fluffy maybe they mixed it with whipped cream and the cake itself, it taste light makes u wanna keep on eating :) in other words: Gak Mahteh :)

Asparagus mushroom with melted cheese at Circo Bistro

this tasted AMAZING, once i had it at Circo Bistro (gunawarman) unfortunately they closed now. Its an appertizer actually but the portion just right for a maincourse. the mushrooms very tasty, i think they pan fried it first with butter and garlic, and the Mozzarella is wonderful..
